Quiet, affordable and with a view of the countryside, that's what "Die Bunse" stands for, as the apartment house is often called among insiders (200m).

There are 28 single apartments, each with around 28 square meters of living space, depending on the location with a balcony or terrace, and an additional four two-person apartments, each with 44 square meters of living space. Each apartment has a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and a living room/bedroom with a pantry kitchen. The apartments are unfurnished and can be furnished by the tenants themselves.

21 micro apartments at Detmolder Weg close to the Innovation Campus Lemgo (1 km). We offer modern, high-quality micro-apartments for students, trainees, employees and commuters in a prime location in Lemgo's city center. The units range in size from 12 m² to 47 m², with a terrace available upon request. Our micro-living property offers: the apartments are rented for a basic rent of €300–€585 plus €85–€175 for utility costs. They feature a new fitted kitchen, Wi-Fi, full lighting, tiled bathrooms, and high-quality flooring. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
